TrustCrypto is a performance verification platform that connects to your Binance or Bybit account via read-only API to automatically track and display your real trading statistics. It's designed to replace fake screenshots with verifiable proof of trading performance.

Yes. TrustCrypto only uses read-only API keys, which means we can view your trade history but cannot trade, withdraw funds, or move assets. Even if someone gained access to our systems, they couldn't touch your money. See our Security page for details.

TrustCrypto is currently free to use. There are no hidden fees, subscription charges, or premium tiers.

Your stats automatically update every hour.

Exchange API rate limits may occasionally cause 5-10 minute delays.

No. We only have read-only API permissions. We physically cannot withdraw, transfer, or move your funds. Even if we wanted to (we don't), the API keys you create don't have those permissions.

No. Read-only APIs cannot execute trades. We can only view your trade history — we can't create new ones.

Your API keys are encrypted using AES-256 encryption. Even if someone accessed our database, they'd only get encrypted keys — and those keys are read-only anyway, so they can't move funds.

Additionally, if you enable IP restrictions (which we recommend), the API keys only work from our server IP.

We collect:

• Your trade history (from the exchange)
• Your performance stats (calculated from trades)
• Your public username

We don't collect:

• Your email (unless you provide it)
• Your real name
• Your location
• Your personal information

1. Go to Binance or Bybit and create a read-only API key
2. Add our server IP (54.151.142.103) to the API restrictions
3. Click "Add My Profile" on TrustCrypto
4. Paste your API key and secret
5. Click "Generate Profile"

Common issues:

• Trading permissions enabled — Make sure the API is read-only
• IP restrictions — Add 54.151.142.103 to your allowed IPs
• Wrong exchange selected — Make sure you selected Binance or Bybit correctly
• Typo in API secret — Double-check you copied both the key and secret correctly

From your dashboard:

1. Go to Settings
2. Click "Delete Profile"
3. Confirm deletion

Alternatively, you can delete the API key from your exchange, and we'll lose access immediately.

Possible reasons:

• Funding fees — We currently don't track funding rates (coming soon)
• Fee calculation — Different fee structures may cause slight discrepancies
• Unrealized PnL — We only show realized (closed) trades
• Spot trades excluded — We don't track spot trading

If the difference is significant, contact us.

The score is a weighted performance metric based on:

• Total PnL
• Win rate
• Number of trades
• Consistency

It's designed to reward consistent, profitable traders over one-hit wonders.

Win Rate = (Number of Profitable Trades / Total Trades) × 100

A trade is "profitable" if the realized PnL is positive.

Check:

• API is read-only (not write)
• IP 54.151.142.103 is whitelisted
• You're trading derivatives (futures/perps), not spot
• Trades are closed (we don't track open positions)
• You've waited 1 hour for the next sync

Once we've synced your trades, they remain on your profile even after you revoke API access. We can no longer update your stats, but historical data remains.

To fully remove your profile, delete it from your dashboard.

Always verify:

• You're on trustcrypto.me (check the URL carefully)
• API keys are created on the official exchange website
• You're using read-only permissions only
• You're enabling IP restrictions

TrustCrypto will never ask for:

• Your exchange password
• Your 2FA codes
• API keys with withdrawal/trading permissions
