Welcome to TrustCrypto. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our service.

TrustCrypto is operated by Nisq Technologies Inc. and provides a platform for verified crypto trading performance tracking and display.

TrustCrypto collects and processes trading data through exchange API connections. By using our service, you agree to the following:

• API Key Security: All API keys and secrets are stored in encrypted form. We only accept and store read-only API keys.
• Access Enforcement: Any API key with permissions beyond read-only access will be automatically revoked and not permitted to proceed.
• Supported Exchanges: We currently support Binance, Bybit, and other major cryptocurrency exchanges.
• Data Retention: We calculate and store trade data for the last 180 days. This retention period may increase in the future as the platform evolves.

The primary goal of TrustCrypto is to provide accurate, verified profit and loss (PnL) and win rate statistics for cryptocurrency traders. Our platform enables:

• Public display of verified trading performance through profile URLs
• Embeddable badges and widgets for showcasing verified statistics
• Leaderboard rankings based on our proprietary CTS (Crypto Trader Score) algorithm
• Transparent, verifiable trading metrics without relying on screenshots or unverified claims

You maintain full control over your account and data:

• Account Deletion: You can request complete account deletion at any time through your profile settings.
• API Key Management: You can change, update, or remove your exchange API keys at any time.
• Data Access: You have the right to access all data we have collected about your trading activity.

Trading data from connected exchanges is collected on a periodic basis:

• Update frequency ranges from a few minutes to a few hours depending on exchange API limits and system load
• Profile statistics, CTS scores, and leaderboard rankings may take time to update after new trades are executed
• We do not guarantee real-time data synchronization and updates may be delayed

Your trading data privacy is our priority:

• No Third-Party Sharing: Your trading data is never shared with third parties.
• Analytics: We use analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Amplitude to track platform performance and user behavior. These services receive only anonymous click data and behavioral information—no trade data is ever shared with analytics providers.
• Compliance: All analytics tracking is conducted in compliance with the respective platform's privacy policies.

TrustCrypto monetizes through advertising:

• Advertisements may appear on any part of the application or website
• The platform charges advertisers for ad placements
• No ad revenue sharing is permitted with users or third parties
• We reserve the right to determine ad placement, format, and frequency
• Affiliate Links: Display advertisements and promotional emails may contain affiliate links. When you click and use these affiliate links, it may generate revenue for Nisq Technologies Inc. and its owner

For advertisers using the TrustCrypto platform:

• Pricing: Monthly advertising rates as displayed may change without notice based on overall traffic and demand.
• Refund Policy: A 100% refund is allowed for advertisements that have not yet been displayed or scheduled to start. This applies only to advance payments made within 7 days.
• Fees After 7 Days: After 7 days from payment, applicable administrative fees and refund processing fees will be charged, even for advance payments on unscheduled advertisements.
• Tracking: Advertisers can track overall traffic and engagement through UTM parameters included in banner clicks and ad interactions.
• Payment: All refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7 business days of approval.

Profiles that have been previewed but not claimed by a registered user will expire after 15 minutes and will not be stored in our systems.

TrustCrypto does not claim ownership of any third-party logos, trademarks, or company names displayed on the platform, including but not limited to:

• X (formerly Twitter)
• Binance
• Bybit
• Any other cryptocurrency exchanges, analytics platforms, or third-party services currently integrated or to be added in the future

All trademarks, logos, and brand names are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Use of these names, logos, and brands does not imply endorsement by these third parties.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
